Managing your subscription

Subscriptions are managed from your own account, so you have full control at any time.

  1. Log in at wonderskin.com using the email address on your account
  2. Go to Manage Subscription, then Manage Your Membership
  3. From there you can pause, skip, change or cancel

One tip

It is easier on a computer than on a phone. Some of the options do not show on smaller screens, which is the most common reason people think an option is missing.

Before your next order goes out

Changes need to be made before your next billing date, since an order that has already been charged and sent to the warehouse cannot be stopped.

Your next date is shown in your account, and you will usually get a reminder email before it.

If you cannot get in

If the page does not look the way it should, or you cannot log in, email us and we will sort it from our side.
