You can unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our marketing emails. That stops them straight away.
If they are still arriving
Email us and forward the most recent one you received, so we can see exactly which list it came from.

Anything already queued before you unsubscribed can still land, so if one more turns up shortly afterwards, that will be why.
Order emails are different
Order confirmations, shipping notifications and tracking updates are not marketing emails, so unsubscribing does not stop those. You will still get updates about anything you order, which is what most people want.
If you have more than one email address
Marketing lists work by email address rather than by person. If you have ordered with two addresses over the years, unsubscribing one will not stop the other. Tell us both and we will take care of it.
