“I’ve seen the puppy eyeliner look going around TikTok and I thought it was the cutest thing. The look itself in simple and I used the Wonderskin eyeliner in the shade Brown Sugar to create a wing that would make my eyes look more round. I followed up with some mascara and a neutral lip stain to complete the look!”
