Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel your order once it has been placed. Please await delivery and then return your item(s) to us in their original packaging for a full refund.
Wonderskin ships within the United States, U.S. Territories and Canada. We also now ship to Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, French Guiana, Guyana, Mexico, Peru, Paraguay and Uruguay. We apologize, but Wonderskin is currently unable to accept orders for delivery to international addresses outside these territories. Â
Orders placed on Monday through Friday with standard ground service will be processed and shipped the same day, if received by 12pm (EST).
Orders placed on weekends or an observed holiday will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Most ground orders to the USA are delivered within 2-7 business days from the order ship date. For Canada, this is typically 5-7 business days.
Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and some Canadian Provinces may take longer.

We’re happy to offer a refund for an unwanted item returned to us within 30 days of receipt. You will be refunded for the amount of your return, less shipping and handling. To qualify for a full refund of purchased product(s), your return must include any gifts with purchase.

We strongly recommend that you obtain a postage receipt with your tracking number/barcode number. We’re only responsible for your parcel once it has been received at our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned, and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
