If you have a reaction to a product

First

Stop using the product straight away.

If it is getting worse, or it is not settling down, please speak to a pharmacist or your doctor. They can look at it properly and advise you on what will help.

Then tell us

Please reach out to our customer support team as soon as you can. Your safety comes first, so there is no window to worry about here.

What to include

Please send us the batch code. It is a short printed code on the product itself, usually on the base or the back. It lets us check that specific batch, which is the main reason we ask.

It also helps to know:

  • Which product it was, and the shade
  • What you noticed, and how soon after using it
  • Whether you have reacted to anything similar before

If you bought from a retailer

Tell us anyway. Even where the order itself has to go through them, we want to know about the reaction.

Avoiding it next time

If you have sensitive or reactive skin, patch test a new product before full use, as you would with any cosmetic. Full ingredient lists are on each product page, and we are happy to check a specific ingredient for you before you buy.
