Refunds go back to the original payment method used at checkout.
Once your return is approved we start the refund right away. From there it usually takes 5 to 7 business days to reach your account. The exact timing depends on your bank rather than on us, so it can land sooner or take the full week.
When the refund is started
- If there is nothing to send back, we start it once we have confirmed what happened.
- If you are returning an item, we start it once your return is verified.
Either way you will get an email confirming it.
If you chose store credit or an exchange instead
We sort that as soon as your return is confirmed, rather than waiting on a bank.
If you are in the EU and withdrew from your order
If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we refund you within 14 days of being notified. We may hold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have given us proof of postage, whichever comes first.
If it has been longer than 7 business days
Email us. We can tell you the exact date the refund was started, and chase it if it has not landed.
