Customs, duties and import charges

Some international orders attract a customs charge when they arrive in your country.

Who charges this

Import duties and taxes are set and collected by your country's customs authority, not by Wonderskin. They are separate from what you paid us at checkout, and we do not receive any part of them.

We cannot predict or control the amount. It depends on your country's own thresholds and rates.

How you will hear about it

Usually the courier contacts you before delivery to collect the charge. Your parcel is held until it is paid.

Keep an eye on texts and emails from the carrier around the time your tracking shows it has arrived in your country, as these messages are easy to miss.

Ordering to Canada

Standard shipping to Canada includes duty and tax, so there should be nothing further to pay on arrival.

Ordering to the Gulf

For Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman, duties and taxes are included in the shipping price.

If you would rather not pay it

You can refuse the parcel. Once it comes back to us, email us and we will sort out your refund.

If you think the charge is wrong

Email us a copy of your customs receipt, or a photo showing the amount you paid, and we will look into it.

You can also check delivery times and shipping costs for what applies where you are.
