This nourishing lip liner provides a 360, full circle approach to lip color. Use it as a liner to define your lips, contour to enhance your natural shape or fill the inside of your lips for a stay-all day lip color base.
Tug-free, lightweight formula locks in place within a minute of application and will give you up to 6 hours (360 minutes)of richly pigmented color that is waterproof, feather-proof, transfer-proof and smudge-proof.
