Anything bought from our official website is 100% genuine. That is wonderskin.com for the US and Canada, or eu.wonderskin.com everywhere else, and ordering there is always the safest way to be certain.
Bought from a marketplace
We do sell through some marketplaces, so a listing being on Amazon or TikTok Shop does not make it fake. But not every listing using our name is sold or fulfilled by us.
If you want yours checked, email us. For an Amazon order, include your Amazon order ID and we can confirm whether it came from our official account.

If you have come across a social account, page or shop using our name and you are not sure it is ours, send us the exact handle and we will tell you whether it is one of ours.
Impersonators copy our name with very small changes: an extra letter, a dot instead of nothing, an underscore, a word like "official" on the end. Those are easy to miss at a glance, so it is worth asking rather than assuming.
Emails and messages claiming to be from us
Our customer support emails come from the addresses on this page. We will never ask you for your password, your full card number, or a payment to release an order.
If an email or message claiming to be Wonderskin asks for any of those, do not click anything in it. Forward it to us instead and we will confirm whether it is real.
