What it covers
If the shade of your Lip Stain or foundation is not quite right, we offer unlimited exchanges within 30 days of your original order's delivery, until you find the one.
How to use it
Start a return and choose the exchange for a different shade option.
- US and Canada: Start your exchange here

Enter your order number, which is in your order confirmation email and usually starts with "W", and the email address you used to order.
What it does not cover
- Products other than Lip Stains and foundations. Those can still be exchanged, but under our standard returns policy rather than this one.
- Free gifts and promotional items. These are not eligible for exchange. If something is wrong with a free gift, please contact our customer support team and we will help.
- Orders placed through one of our retail partners. Those go back through them.
