Step 2. Coat lips with an even layer of All-Day Lip Stain.
Step 3. Wait 60 seconds, then wipe away with a damp tissue or cotton round.
Step 4. Layer on Top Gloss for hydration and shine.
How To Use
For best results, exfoliate with Wonder Blading 3-in-1 Lip Scrub regularly. Before applying Lip Stain, blot away any excess product so lips are clean and dry.
