Step 1 :
Appy Lip stain
- On well prepped lips, apply 1-2 thin coats of lip stain. Don't fear the bright blue color- the magic is happening underneath.
- After 30-60 seconds gently remove to reveal a beautiful color. The longer you leave the masque on, the deeper the final color.
Step 2 :
CONTOUR WITH LIP LINER
- For depth and definition gently overline the lips to create the illusion of fullness.
- On your top lip, draw down and around into the corners to achieve a polished, full pout.
